I do not write reviews very often, but when you find an amazing doctor, you have to share your experience.From beginning to end, my upper and lower eyelid surgery experience with Dr. Marin J. Guzman was excellent. Scheduling the initial… consultation was easy, and the staff was professional and responsive throughout the process.One thing to note: your coordinator may mention taxi transportation options, but I would not depend on that entirely. Fortunately, taxis in the area are affordable and easy to arrange on your own.Dr. Guzman was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and took the time to answer all of my questions. His expertise gave me confidence, and the results of my surgery exceeded my expectations. He did an amazing job, and I am very happy with the outcome.I did not do CO2 laser treatment around my eyes. While I found it to be somewhat expensive, the quality of care and results were worth considering.Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Marin J. Guzman to anyone considering eyelid surgery or facial rejuvenation procedures. Excellent surgeon, great results, and a very positive experience from start to finish.read more

I went down because my vision got rough very quickly. Needing reading glasses all the time made work, life, and everything in between harder than necessary.Thankfully the entire process was overall painless. Pre appointment phone all was straight… forward. I was able to schedule consultation and surgery for corrective lens replacement or tri focal lens for five consecutive days. By the time I was finished I could already see a major improvement. It’s only been a few weeks, but I would recommend Codet to anyone for vision needs. I’m using an audio system to like copy and paste over because my eye is still healing but I wanted to write like a really heartfelt appreciation review for this amazing amazing office. I don’t even know if I should call it in office institution or… whatnot because I just recently learned that it is where the first LASIK surgery was invented and you know, another surgery was done for the first time and they are the pretty much the best ophthalmologist office in the world and other you know students from around the world come to learn from them and I can see why I was on Sunday going through one of the scariest moments of my life. I had so much pain in my left eye. It was watering. It was painful. I was having extreme sensitivity and then I saw a white dot on my eye and I freaked out and 911 took me over there and long story short. I had ER treatment from Dr. Javier Gonzalez and I have to say that that treatment right away like he put some antibiotics in my eye and immediately my eye felt better. I felt so cared for so calm like his presence made me feel like everything was going to be okay, even though I was still very very scared even all the way from the beginning the security guard in the front was super kind and caring to me as well. And then when I went back on Monday and was seen by Dr. Eric and the staff and everyone was just so kind and wonderful to me Dr. Eric made me feel so like safe like everything was going to be okay. He’s everybody there is super humble. Super sweet super just I I cannot give enough recommendations for this location this place this office and they are they saw me multiple times this week to make sure my eye is okay and they’re continuing to make me feel super cared for and I would recommend this place to every single person on the planet like this is truly I can see why this is deemed like the best office ophthalmologist office or location in the world, and I am so grateful to them and they’re Continued Care for me. Honestly I can’t speak highly enough of them. I got lasik surgery and my wife got PRK. Both went very well. The service was smooth and professional. Dr Chayet is excellent and did an amazing job. I am seeing perfectly one month out. My wife is… seeing perfectly for most of her far vision, near vision is still working on it, but the PRK adjustment has taken her longer. The clinic facilities are very nice and high level, even for American standards. I am grateful to not have to work with insurance characteristic of American systems. The driver pick was amazing. The only feedback I have for them is it would have been nice to be picked up at the hotel and not at the train station in Chula Vista. Overall, highly reocmmend.read more
